Licensing Agreement

This Licensing Agreement (the `Agreement`) is entered into between SolusMakers (support@solusmakers.com), hereinafter referred to as the `Licensor,` and DepthWallpaper

Account Creation and Personal Information

1.1 The Licensee shall create an account on the dedicated website by providing a valid email address.

1.2 The Licensor shall securely store the provided email address in an encrypted database and shall not share it with any third party.

Grant of License

2.1 The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access and download the full catalog of iPhone wallpapers available on the dedicated website for personal use only.

2.2 No modifications to the wallpapers are allowed.

Payment Terms

3.1 The Licensee shall pay a one-time subscription fee for access to the iPhone wallpapers.

Use Restrictions

4.1 The Licensee shall not share the full-quality wallpapers with any third party.

4.2 The Licensee may post screenshots of the wallpapers on social media platforms.

Updates

5.1 The Licensee shall receive monthly updates, including new wallpapers, during the subscription period.

Termination

6.1 The Licensor reserves the right to revoke the license if the Licensee violates any terms of this Agreement.

6.2 In the event of license revocation, no refunds shall be provided to the Licensee.

Data Privacy

7.1 The Licensor shall handle the Licensee`s personal information, specifically the email address, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7.2 The Licensor shall not share the Licensee`s personal information with any third party.

Entire Agreement

8.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Licensor and the Licensee regarding the licensing of the iPhone wallpapers and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
